Senior Solution Architect – Enterprise (NZ)

About the role

As a Senior Solution Architect you will partner with New Zealand’s largest enterprises to accelerate their AI and cloud journeys. You will act as a trusted advisor, designing scalable, flexible and resilient solutions on the AWS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to recommend best‑practice cloud and AI architectures aligned with long‑term business goals.
• Lead deep technical discussions, craft scalable and resilient cloud solutions, and own end‑to‑end customer engagements.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams—including Solutions Architects, Technical Account Managers, professional services and partners—to execute strategy.
• Act as a thought leader by presenting at events, writing white papers, blogs and running workshops.
• Provide customer feedback to influence AWS product road‑maps and drive platform evolution.

Required profile

• Senior‑level technologist with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Curious, experimental mindset and passion for solving complex business challenges.
• Experience working across multiple industries such as retail, telecommunications, media and entertainment.
