Senior Solicitor / Associate – Litigation

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Solicitor / Associate to join our litigation team in Napier. The role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of dispute matters while gaining valuable court experience under the guidance of senior partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and conduct litigation across key dispute areas for a variety of clients.
• Prepare and present cases in court, including drafting pleadings, motions and affidavits.
• Collaborate with senior partners to develop case strategy and receive mentorship.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients throughout the dispute lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with procedural deadlines.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with experience in litigation.
