Senior Software Engineer (AI)

About the role

Future Secure AI is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specialized in artificial intelligence to design and deliver AI Co‑Worker systems for enterprise customers. You will work across engineering, product and customer delivery teams, translating ambiguous problems into robust, secure solutions that run on our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI Co‑Worker services that execute complex, end‑to‑end operational workflows.
• Maintain a model‑agnostic platform by integrating large language models and AI frameworks from multiple vendors.
• Develop secure, scalable APIs for large‑scale enterprise environments.
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand requirements and ensure solutions exceed expectations.
• Balance hands‑on coding with product and business discussions.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, including recent hands‑on AI work.
• Strong problem‑solving instincts and ability to follow through on ambiguous challenges.
• Experience building systems where security and data governance are primary design considerations.
