Senior Software Engineer - AI

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is passionate about AI and full‑stack development to help build and scale AI‑powered tools across Halter’s commercial, support and internal platforms. You will work at the heart of a fast‑growing AI ecosystem, collaborating with Customer AI, Support, Commercial and launch teams to deliver reliable, production‑ready features.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship full‑stack AI‑driven features for commercial, support and internal tools.
• Implement robust backend services and APIs that power AI workflows at scale.
• Create clean, intuitive frontend experiences for end‑users.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery: scoping, architecture, coding, testing, deployment and iteration.
• Integrate AI models and pipelines into well‑designed systems.
• Contribute to engineering standards around reliability, observability, testing and maintainability.
• Collaborate with the Customer AI team to define and deliver new AI capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience building production‑grade full‑stack applications.
• Strong understanding of system design, clean architecture and API design.
• Passion for AI and ability to translate model outputs into usable product features.
• Self‑motivated, high‑performance mindset and ability to work across cross‑functional teams.
