Senior Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

Pushpay is looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design, develop and operate high‑quality software and systems that deliver business value. You will work in a collaborative environment, raising the quality and velocity of the team while supporting our suite of mobile apps and giving technology.

Key responsibilities

• Review, debug and improve code, systems and infrastructure.
• Perform validation and verification testing.
• Develop tools and automation with clean, efficient code.
• Maintain systems using manual and automated techniques.
• Participate in on‑call support for Pushpay products.
• Monitor alerts, identify operational or security issues, and respond promptly.
• Ship robust, high‑quality features into production on a regular basis.
• Identify risks, suggest design improvements and contribute to engineering culture.
• Recruit new engineers and take part in technical screening.

Required profile

• Experience designing and developing reliable software systems in a collaborative setting.
• Ability to raise quality and velocity of team members.
• Willingness to take initiative, identify problems early and propose solutions.
• Comfort working under an Engineering Manager or Senior Engineering Manager.
