About the role

Armourguard is seeking an experienced Senior Security Supervisor to lead its frontline security teams across Wellington. This on‑site, full‑time position offers the chance to shape security operations, respond to incidents, and mentor staff within New Zealand’s most established security provider.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate frontline security personnel across all Wellington sites.
• Provide operational leadership during routine activities and emergency incidents.
