Senior SAP SuccessFactors ECP Technical Consultant

About the role

The Senior ECP Technical Consultant will join ANZ’s Technology division to support the Payroll Team and SAP SuccessFactors environment, focusing on New Zealand payroll while also assisting other geographies as required. As a subject‑matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), you will ensure the stability, accuracy and security of both production and standby systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors ECP and platform across multiple regions.
• Guarantee accurate processing of complex payroll runs in line with New Zealand legislation.
• Collaborate with global peers to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
• Participate in on‑call rotation for payroll finalisation and system incidents.
• Manage system configuration, data integrity and transport of ECP objects.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and New Zealand payroll operations.
• Experience configuring customised payroll solutions and maintaining data quality.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, DevOps, SAFe and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure during payroll cycles.
