Senior SAP SuccessFactors ECP Technical Consultant (Fixed-Term)

About the role

The Senior ECP Technical Consultant will act as the subject‑matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, supporting the Payroll Team across New Zealand and other geographies as needed. The role ensures the stability, accuracy and security of both production and standby SAP SuccessFactors environments while delivering reliable payroll application support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional expertise for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) across multiple regions, primarily New Zealand.
• Maintain and monitor production and standby SAP SuccessFactors environments to guarantee system health and data integrity.
• Support the accurate processing of complex payroll runs, ensuring compliance with New Zealand legislation.
• Collaborate with global peers and contribute to a 24/7 on‑call roster during payroll finalisation.
• Configure and transport payroll customisations, manage system configuration and uphold data quality.

Required profile

• Strong background in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and New Zealand payroll operations.
• Experience with payroll configuration, system configuration, data integrity and transport management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams across different geographies and provide on‑call support.
