About the role

We are seeking a Senior SAP Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of high‑impact SAP S/4HANA solutions across multiple industries. You will act as a subject‑matter expert, guiding global delivery teams and influencing strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and architect end‑to‑end SAP solutions with a strong focus on S/4HANA.
• Design comprehensive solution approaches, including technical architecture, cost models, and staffing strategies.
• Drive solutioning for complex proposals and competitive bids, using storytelling to convey value.
• Facilitate seamless transitions from solution design through mobilization and stabilization phases.
• Collaborate closely with global delivery teams to ensure alignment and quality.
• Innovate with emerging technologies, automation, and AI to enhance delivery effectiveness.
• Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor within the SAP community.

Required profile

• 15+ years of SAP experience, including 5+ years in a lead architect role.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and full‑lifecycle implementations.
• Proven track record of designing winning solutions for complex client needs.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and storytelling abilities.
• Strong leadership and people‑management experience with global, cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI and modern tooling for innovative architectures.
• Beginner to intermediate knowledge of solution‑architecture methodologies and frameworks.
