Senior Revenue Manager

About the role

We are seeking a commercially sharp and analytically strong Senior Revenue Manager to join our Auckland team. The role will initially cover DB Breweries during a maternity leave, ensuring continuity of pricing, promotions, product mix and performance tracking, before evolving into a broader Star Hospitality focus.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Revenue Management coverage for DB Breweries during maternity leave, maintaining core processes and commercial discipline.
• Lead Revenue Management across DB and Star, establishing consistent pricing, promotion, mix and trade‑investment approaches.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing and other functions to translate strategy into data‑driven execution plans.
• Deliver robust reporting, identify risks and opportunities, and turn analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Support pricing, forecasting and planning cycles while driving governance and consistent use of RM tools and frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Revenue Management, Commercial Finance, Sales, Category Management or Pricing.
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of pricing, promotions, trade investment and channel dynamics.
• Advanced analytical capability with the ability to turn data into insights.
