About the role

Join the Wellington Chocolate Factory team in Te Aro and become the face of our iconic chocolate brand. You will craft hot chocolate drinks, host interactive chocolate experiences and serve a variety of treats to visitors in a vibrant, on‑site environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve hot chocolate and other confectionery items to customers.
  • Lead and guide chocolate tasting experiences and workshops.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming retail space.
  • Assist with inventory checks and restocking of products.
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to enhance the guest experience.

Required profile

  • Enthusiasm for food service and a passion for chocolate.
  • Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Team‑player attitude with a willingness to learn.
