Senior Relationship Manager

About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager for the Central Region will build trusted relationships with affluent clients and key partners across Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Wellington. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality investment advice, supporting client retention and identifying new business opportunities while contributing to regional growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of affluent clients, providing exceptional service and growing relationships.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager, Central, to develop and execute regional growth strategies.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Promote best‑practice business development across the region and mentor private bankers.
• Work with peers nationwide to share insights and drive consistent standards.

Required profile

• Qualified Financial Adviser (National Certificate in Financial Services Level 5 or equivalent).
• Proven experience in financial services and investment advice with deep knowledge of financial markets.
• Advanced communication, presentation and networking abilities to engage senior stakeholders.
• Strong community connections and industry expertise.
• Demonstrated relationship and senior‑level stakeholder management skills.
