Key responsibilities

• Partner with Digital & Technology leaders to identify talent needs and deliver recruitment solutions.
• Build and manage talent pipelines for specialist roles across a modern technology stack.
• Champion internal mobility and embed diversity, equity, and inclusion at every recruitment touchpoint.
• Leverage AI, recruitment systems and data‑driven tools to enhance the hiring experience.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, influencing talent decisions for executive and senior leaders.
• Lead recruitment projects from scoping through delivery, driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting for digital and technology roles, preferably in a transformation environment.
• Strong background in internal recruitment supporting executive and senior leadership.
• Demonstrated success promoting internal mobility and evidence‑based, inclusive hiring.
• Expertise using AI, recruitment platforms and data‑driven tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience delivering recruitment projects and process improvements.
