About the role
The Senior Quality Process Advisor will analyse, improve and standardise organisational processes to boost efficiency, ensure quality and support compliance with international standards and customer expectations. Working across manufacturing, engineering development and services, you will partner with diverse teams to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen the company’s quality offering.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with teams across the organisation to understand end‑to‑end processes and identify performance, efficiency and customer outcome improvements.
- Lead process‑improvement initiatives that drive business performance and continuous improvement enterprise‑wide.
- Support the development of quality capability through training, coaching and clear guidance while maintaining easy‑to‑use systems, documentation and processes.
- Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) to keep it fit for purpose and aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead internal and external audits, help teams meet compliance expectations and guide resolution of findings.
- Contribute to quality reporting and management reviews, providing leaders with visibility of performance and improvement opportunities.
Required profile
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience analysing and improving end‑to‑end processes across multiple business functions.
- Strong ability to translate complex processes into practical, scalable solutions.
- Experience working in enterprise environments and partnering with diverse stakeholders.
- Understanding of international quality and compliance frameworks applied in a pragmatic, business‑focused way.
- Demonstrated capability in developing and maintaining Quality Management Systems.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
