About the role
As a Senior Qualitative Consultant at TRA, you will lead end‑to‑end qualitative research projects for a diverse portfolio of public, private and not‑for‑profit clients. You will dive deep into human insight across topics ranging from automotive to chocolate, helping clients achieve their strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Build trusted client relationships and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop participant recruitment criteria and manage recruitment with external providers.
- Design topic frameworks and research guides that align with client objectives while allowing unexpected insights to emerge.
- Conduct interviews, focus groups, workshops and other qualitative methods with confidence.
- Analyse complex qualitative data, identify meaningful insights, and decide what to prioritize.
- Write clear, compelling debrief reports that translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Lead client presentations, delivering insights in an engaging and useful manner.
- Manage project timelines, resources and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
Required profile
- Experienced qualitative researcher ready to take ownership of projects.
- Curious and disciplined, able to uncover uncommon truths while staying task‑focused.
- Comfortable facilitating discussions with a wide range of participants.
- Strong client‑centric mindset and excellent communication skills.
