Senior Project Manager – Transportable Buildings

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will own the end‑to‑end delivery of commercial transportable building projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. You will act as the primary liaison for clients, consultants and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple transportable building projects simultaneously, from tender hand‑over to final close‑out.
• Develop, maintain and monitor detailed project programmes, milestones and delivery plans.
• Coordinate design, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, site works, installation and commissioning activities.
• Administer construction contracts, manage variations, extensions of time and contractual disputes.
• Work with the quantity surveying team to control budgets, forecasts and cost performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Report progress, financial performance and risk assessments to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects, preferably modular or transportable buildings.
• Strong understanding of contract administration, risk management and cost control.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
