Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master

About the role

Frogparking is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead the delivery of major customer deployments. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a predictable, high‑performing delivery rhythm that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale customer deployments.
• Implement and maintain a consistent delivery cadence using Scrum practices.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑up, review and retrospective.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and quality outcomes.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and adjust plans to keep projects on track.
• Maintain project documentation and regular reporting for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product owners to prioritize backlog and align delivery with customer expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior project management roles, preferably within ICT environments.
• Strong understanding of Scrum methodology and ability to act as Scrum Master.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
