Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead complex technology and transformation projects for Peritos Solutions in Auckland. Working in a hybrid model, you will ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations while aligning deliverables with business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling and execution for cloud, data and digital transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and governance.
• Track progress through status reports, risk and issue logs, and ensure timely resolution of dependencies.
• Facilitate change management, documentation, compliance and reporting requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and align project outcomes with measurable business results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, business or a related field (preferred).
• Professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi‑vendor technology projects, preferably in cloud, data or digital transformation.
• Strong expediting and inspection experience to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
