Senior Product Manager

About the role

ANZ is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the KiwiSaver product line, New Zealand’s largest retirement savings platform. You will shape product strategy, drive enhancements and ensure compliance while delivering strong outcomes for customers and the business.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and the Funds Product Lead to develop and execute KiwiSaver product strategies.
• Lead product enhancements, customer‑experience initiatives and the creation of product collateral and marketing materials.
• Champion member acquisition, growth and retention to achieve positive business results.
• Manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, including features, fees and regulatory compliance, ensuring all documentation is clear and customer‑focused.
• Monitor regulatory, industry and competitor developments and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Coach and develop junior Product Managers, fostering a high‑performing, collaborative team culture.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of KiwiSaver products, regulations and the New Zealand investment market.
• Proven experience in KiwiSaver product management with a track record of delivering projects.
• Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
