Senior Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap and performance of NZ Post’s Consumer product portfolio. The role will drive customer, commercial and operational outcomes across domestic and international services while working from our Highbrook East Tamaki office with flexible WFH options.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for the consumer portfolio.
• Prioritise features and initiatives to deliver measurable customer and commercial results.
• Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing optimisation.
• Collaborate with Digital, Data & Technology, Operations, Supply Chain and other cross‑functional teams.
• Influence and align multiple stakeholders across complex service‑based environments.
• Champion product management best practices and continuous improvement.
• Lead one direct report, providing coaching and development.

Required profile

• Proven product management experience in large, service‑oriented organisations.
• Strong track record of delivering outcomes in complex, multi‑system environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and collaboration abilities.
• Commercial acumen with a customer‑first mindset.
• Strategic, pragmatic and delivery‑oriented approach.
• Passion for developing others and leading teams.
