Senior Lifecycle and Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

You will lead lifecycle growth across direct, paid, web and app channels for MyLotto, driving acquisition, retention and player value. This senior position sits at the heart of Lotto NZ’s digital transformation, shaping how data, personalisation and automation work together.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute connected customer journeys across MyLotto using audience insights and data.
• Lead the experimentation programme for the digital marketing team to continuously improve performance.
• Partner with Product, Brand and Data & Analytics teams to deliver integrated customer outcomes.
• Use performance data to identify opportunities, guide decisions and optimise campaigns.
• Lead, coach and grow a high‑performing marketing automation team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in lifecycle or growth marketing, focusing on customer journeys and personalisation.
• Strong understanding of how paid, owned and digital channels drive acquisition, retention and value.
• Confidence using data and insights to make decisions and identify new opportunities.
• Hands‑on experience running test‑and‑learn or experimentation programmes.
• Ability to lead and develop a team, influencing cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platform.
• Adobe Experience Cloud, Braze or comparable personalisation tools.
• Contentful CMS for digital content management.
• Data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
• Experimentation frameworks for A/B testing.
