Senior Leadership & Program Consultant (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Leadership and Program Consultant to join our globally‑operating team. The role is fully remote and allows experienced education and learning professionals to leverage their coaching, mentoring and curriculum expertise to deliver leadership and personal‑development programmes to a worldwide audience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with professionals interested in leadership, personal growth and career development.
• Conduct discovery conversations and provide detailed information about our programmes.
• Generate and qualify leads using digital marketing tools and online platforms.
• Deliver consultations, support participants through their learning journey and promote programme enrollment.
• Collaborate with a global network of consultants while working independently.
• Participate in ongoing business‑development and leadership training provided by the company.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in education, training, learning‑and‑development, coaching, consulting or talent development.
• Proven ability to mentor, facilitate learning and support professional growth.
• Desire to transition from traditional education or corporate roles to a flexible, performance‑driven environment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable working autonomously and meeting targets.

Required skills

• Experience with digital marketing or online lead generation platforms.
• Proficiency in virtual communication and presentation tools.
