Senior HR Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional for a 12‑month fixed‑term position within our HR Business Partnering team. The Senior HR Advisor will work closely with an HR Business Partner to support leaders across our Community Health portfolio, handling complex people challenges, organisational change and strategic projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert HR advice and coaching to senior leaders on employment relations, change programmes and capability building.
• Manage complex employment relations cases from investigation through resolution.
• Lead end‑to‑end organisational change initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with operational leaders to improve team performance and people outcomes.
• Contribute to strategic workforce projects and support the HR Business Partner in day‑to‑day activities.

Required profile

• Significant experience handling complex employment relations matters and case management.
• Proven track record of leading organisational change and transformation processes.
• Strong ability to coach, influence and build credibility with leaders at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with operational leaders to drive performance.
• Solution‑focused mindset with the capacity to balance strategic thinking and hands‑on delivery.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Adaptability, resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
