Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (React + C#)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer who enjoys tackling complex problems and building high‑quality, performant software. You will own the development of entire modules within an enterprise‑level system and work hands‑on with a team of AI agents to accelerate delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack features using C# / ASP.NET Core and React.
• Write efficient, clean, and well‑tested code that meets architectural standards.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize database schemas and queries in PostgreSQL for performance and scalability.
• Leverage AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) for planning, implementation, debugging, and code review.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best engineering practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of commercial experience with C# and ASP.NET Core.
• 3+ years building modern web applications with React.
• Strong analytical mindset and passion for continuous learning.
• High standards for code quality and performance.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑focused environment.
