Senior Front-End Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a senior front‑end software engineer to join accesso Intelligence’s AI product team in Auckland. You will work on an agentic interface that powers data‑driven decisions for museums, zoos and theme parks worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship front‑end features such as streaming, context‑window management, tool orchestration and sandboxed execution.
• Contribute to the AI layer by integrating OpenAI and Anthropic models, and working with LangChain4J, Pydantic and our visualisation infrastructure.
• Build and maintain integration packs, custom datasets and benchmarks that support the data platform.
• Provide technical direction through design reviews, code mentorship and architectural decisions.
• Collaborate closely with customers and product stakeholders to translate business needs into elegant technical solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production‑grade features.
• Product‑mindset and ability to lead technical discussions and mentor teammates.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to own end‑to‑end delivery.

Required skills

• Experience with OpenAI or Anthropic large language models.
• Familiarity with LangChain4J.
• Proficiency in Pydantic for data validation.
