Senior Front-End Software Engineer

About the role

Dexibit is looking for a product‑mindset Senior Front‑End Software Engineer to shape both what we build and how we build it. You will work daily in code, lead design decisions, set technical direction, mentor teammates and help deliver AI‑driven features for visitor‑attraction data platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement front‑end features for our agentic AI interface, including streaming, context‑window management and tool orchestration.
• Collaborate with back‑end and data teams to integrate APIs, custom datasets and visualisation infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews and mentorship.
• Contribute across the stack when needed, balancing depth in front‑end with full‑stack awareness.
• Help evolve our AI/LLM platform, working with models from OpenAI and Anthropic.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably full‑stack with a strong front‑end focus.
• Proven ability to break complex problems into simple, elegant solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer empathy.
• Curiosity, humility and a natural inclination to mentor and give constructive feedback.
