Senior Food & Beverage Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Park Hyatt Auckland is seeking experienced Senior Food & Beverage Attendants to deliver exceptional dining experiences in our luxury waterfront hotel. You will play a key part in upholding the high standards of service that define our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive table service across all F&B dining and bar outlets.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in all service areas.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs with a warm, professional approach.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
• Mentor and train junior members of the food and beverage team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Senior Food & Beverage Attendant or similar role in a high‑end hotel or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of service standards, guest etiquette and presentation.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand for at least six months.
