Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Asia Pacific team. The role will support strategic financial planning, reporting and business partnering while driving sustainability initiatives across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards and financial assessment data for scenario analysis.
• Lead periodic review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage SLAs, KPIs and escalation processes effectively.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, corporate planning and quarterly business review packs.
• Coordinate audit activities (internal and external) and ensure IFRS compliance.
• Identify process gaps and implement transformation initiatives to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• 12+ years of finance and accounting experience, with at least 8 years in General Finance, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional training and lead business development leads.
• Experience handling business continuity planning and transition (KT) activities.
