Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee all accounting, reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities for the NZ operation.
• Provide financial insights to senior leadership to support decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal controls.
• Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior finance or accounting leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of New Zealand financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to drive financial performance in a fast‑growing environment.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
