Senior Finance Administrator

About the role

Join the Finance team at the Reserve Bank as a Senior Finance Administrator. You will lead end‑to‑end finance administration, ensuring accurate payroll processing, vendor payments and bank reconciliations while supporting a high‑performing function.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee transaction processing across the finance operations function, including payroll and vendor payments.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records and perform regular bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with GST requirements and accounting concepts for tax invoices.
• Provide operational and reconciliation support to the finance team and meet reporting deadlines.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in financial operations or payroll administration.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation workflows.
• Understanding of GST and tax invoice requirements.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency.
• Experience with TechnologyOne (CiAnywhere) and/or Datapay is an advantage.
