Senior Domestic Insurance Advisor – Auckland

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Domestic Insurance Advisor to join our Auckland CBD office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will help clients protect their personal assets by providing tailored insurance solutions over the phone and via email.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers through phone and email to assess their insurance needs.
• Recommend appropriate coverage for homes, contents, vehicles and boats.
• Prepare and deliver quotes, process applications and follow up on enquiries.
• Maintain accurate client records in accordance with company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in domestic insurance sales or customer‑facing service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to personal and professional development, including obtaining a level‑5 qualification.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a friendly, team‑oriented environment.
