Senior Digital Delivery Manager

About the role

Journey is looking for a Senior Digital Delivery Manager to lead complex, technical digital projects from concept to delivery. Based in Hobsonville Point, Auckland, you will work directly with decision‑makers, ensuring projects run smoothly and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of digital projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Facilitate kick‑offs, stand‑ups, sprint planning, refinements, client reviews, demos and retrospectives.
• Write clear user stories, develop robust project plans and maintain transparent documentation.
• Identify and remove blockers, keep teams aligned and maintain project pace.
• Connect delivery decisions to client strategy and business results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a digital agency or technology delivery environment.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand and based in Auckland.
• Strong ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
