Senior Designer

About the role

Service Foods is looking for a Senior Designer to run its in‑house creative studio. You will own all visual output for the company and its portfolio of food brands, from packaging and campaigns to digital assets and presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and manage all creative work across Service Foods and its home brands.
• Run the in‑house studio’s briefing system, job queue and workflow to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Design and produce the bi‑annual internal magazine, Mise.
• Explore and implement AI and other creative tools to improve productivity.
• Provide UX support for the brand website and other digital spaces as needed.
• Deliver packaging, campaign, sales collateral and presentation designs.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of generalist design experience with a strong, commercial portfolio.
• Ability to manage a full job queue independently without needing constant follow‑up.
• Calm under pressure, organised and able to handle a large workload.
• Proactive ownership mindset and strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud – InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience with Canva (a plus).
• Packaging design experience is highly regarded.
• Magazine or editorial production experience is a plus.
• Curiosity about emerging design and technology trends.
