Senior Design Engineer

About the role

Re-Leased is looking for a Senior Design Engineer to shape AI‑centric user interfaces for its property management platform. You will translate product concepts into production‑ready UI code, leveraging AI tools to accelerate design‑to‑code workflows and ensure the experience feels alive and intuitive.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full experience flow from concept to finished interface, ensuring each pixel serves a clear purpose.
• Use AI‑powered tools (e.g., Cursor, generative design assistants) to create wireframes, proof‑of‑concepts, and production‑ready designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, sales and marketing to align design with business goals and GTM needs.
• Iterate rapidly, validate direction early, and provide detailed feedback to engineering during implementation.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system for dynamic, generative UI patterns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product design with a strong visual craft standard.
• Demonstrated ability to design AI‑native interfaces that handle dynamic content and generative outputs.
• Comfort with end‑to‑end ownership, from research and wireframing to shipping production code.

Required skills

• Figma for UI design and prototyping.
• Cursor or similar AI‑assisted coding tools.
• Experience with AI design tools and generative workflows.
