Senior Demand & Supply Chain Coordinator – ANZ

About the role

The Compendium Group is seeking a Senior Demand & Supply Chain Coordinator to lead demand planning, supply execution and inbound logistics across Australia and New Zealand. You will translate market demand into reliable supply plans, manage supplier relationships and ensure seamless inventory flow for a portfolio of innovative, ethical brands.

Key responsibilities

• Support demand planning by analysing replenishment, updating forecasts and preparing buys.
• Translate demand signals into supply requirements and maintain visibility for launches, seasonal buys and promotions.
• Communicate demand to suppliers, monitor production timelines, and mitigate supply risks.
• Oversee the full purchase order lifecycle, ensuring data integrity in the ERP system.
• Coordinate inbound shipment scheduling, work with freight forwarders, track ETAs and optimise freight costs.
• Maintain inventory visibility across channels, manage internal transfers and ensure stock availability for key accounts.
• Prepare operational readiness for launches, store buys and promotional events, communicating updates across internal teams and suppliers.
• Develop and mentor a Supply Chain Coordinator to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in demand planning, supply chain coordination and inbound logistics.
• Strong analytical abilities with a focus on risk mitigation and operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills for supplier and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Leadership experience managing junior supply chain staff.
