Senior Corporate Accountant

About the role

Jarden is seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant to lead its Group financial reporting and analysis. This role will be pivotal in ensuring accurate financial statements, effective cash‑flow management, and compliance with regulatory requirements across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly and annual reporting across the Group
• Lead cash flow forecasting and budgeting
• Compile monthly board packs with supporting analysis and commentary
• Manage regulatory and covenant reporting
• Prepare and manage Group tax positions alongside the Group Tax Manager
• Prepare and manage transfer pricing alongside the Group Tax Manager
• Deliver consolidation and Group reporting
• Help develop and streamline finance processes
• Partner with the wider business as required

Required profile

• CA qualification (or equivalent) with 3–5 years post‑qualification experience
• Experience gained at a Big 4 or mid‑tier accounting firm
• Proven multi‑currency consolidation experience
• Strong knowledge of NZ IFRS/GAAP
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative team player
