Senior Client Success Manager

About the role

As a Senior Client Success Manager at N4 Studio, you will be the primary strategic contact for our retainer clients, helping them grow and stay engaged with our Webflow‑focused services. You will combine relationship building with proactive problem‑solving to become a trusted partner rather than just a coordinator.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of N4+ retainer clients, leading road‑mapping, prioritisation and performance reviews.
• Translate client goals into clear briefs for design, development and content teams.
• Drive account expansion, including upselling Webflow Optimize, Analyze and other services.
• Manage monthly retainer budgets, accurately scope work and flag risks early.
• Run regular governance calls and produce useful reporting for clients.
• Contribute to improving the Client Success function’s processes and delivery tracking.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a digital or creative agency, with at least 2 years in a senior account management or client success role.
• Proven experience managing retainer accounts and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Commercially sharp with strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Calm and structured when priorities shift, able to juggle multiple accounts.
