Senior Client Partner – Government Account

About the role

DXC Technology is looking for an experienced Senior Client Partner to lead one of its most significant Tier 1 New Zealand government accounts. This executive‑level position is responsible for driving account growth, strengthening C‑suite relationships, and positioning DXC as the trusted technology partner for the client.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi‑year account strategy aligned with the client’s transformation roadmap.
• Own overall client strategy, P&L performance, contract governance and growth agenda across cloud, applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, AI, workplace services and business process solutions.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with the CEO, CIO, CFO, Chief Digital Officer and senior business leaders.
• Lead complex pursuits, contract renewals, extensions and competitive bids.
• Own customer satisfaction, relationship health and Net Promoter Score outcomes.
• Partner with delivery leaders to ensure contractual commitments, service levels and transformation outcomes are met.
• Manage account P&L, profitability and financial forecasting.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in managing large, strategic technology accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to engage C‑suite and senior government stakeholders.
• Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and profitable P&L management.
• Experience in overseeing complex technology services portfolios, including cloud, cybersecurity and data/AI solutions.
