About the role
Coastal Services is seeking a Senior Class 5 Driver and Hiab Operator to join its engineering and fabrication team. The role involves transporting materials and supporting projects across New Zealand, offering more than just driving duties.
Key responsibilities
- Operate a Class 5 vehicle for the safe transport of goods.
- Use the Hiab crane to load, unload and position equipment on site.
- Deliver materials to various project locations throughout NZ.
- Maintain vehicle and equipment in good working order.
- Follow all safety and compliance procedures.
Required profile
- Senior‑level driver with a valid Class 5 licence.
- Experience operating a Hiab or similar crane.
- Trade background preferred.
- Full‑time availability for on‑site work.
Required skills
- Class 5 driving.
- Hiab operation.
