Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver civil engineering projects across land development, three‑waters, and infrastructure sectors.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to the regional engineering team.
• Collaborate with national offices to ensure alignment with company standards and best practices.
• Manage client relationships and ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Chartered Civil Engineer with a proven track record in senior or lead positions.
• Strong understanding of New Zealand civil engineering regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while leveraging national support.
