Senior Artworker

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Artworker to join our high‑performing creative services team within a well‑established insurance organisation. The role focuses on updating and standardising long‑form policy documents across multiple brands, ensuring a consistent visual identity and high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Reformat and rebrand policy wordings and interactive documents using Adobe InDesign and Acrobat.
• Manage a high‑volume workload of approximately 60 documents per month, some exceeding 30 pages.
• Work with established templates and style sheets to maintain brand consistency.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders while operating autonomously to meet tight deadlines.
• Ensure accuracy, speed, and consistency across all deliverables.

Required profile

• Advanced expertise in Adobe InDesign and Acrobat.
• Proven experience handling style sheets for long‑form, copy‑heavy documents.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work at pace in a high‑volume environment.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, publishing, or similar sectors.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
