Senior Analytics Engineer

About the role

Tracksuit is looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to own the analytics layer that powers revenue reporting, forecasting and customer insights. You will bridge analytics engineering and business analysis, turning subscription, billing and usage data into trustworthy data products.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Customer Success and other business teams to deliver reliable insight on ARR, churn, retention and customer health.
• Design, build and maintain dbt models on Snowflake, ensuring clean, well‑tested transformation logic.
• Develop dimensional and slowly changing dimension (SCD2) models for point‑in‑time accurate metrics.
• Create self‑service dashboards and documented data marts that reduce ad‑hoc requests.
• Act as a data‑quality champion, ensuring the integrity of business‑facing data products.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in analytics engineering or data engineering.
• Comfortable working at the intersection of technical modeling and business analysis.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
