About the role

The Senior Analyst, Regulatory Intelligence and Insights will create high‑quality intelligence that guides regulatory decisions and improves aviation safety. You will interpret a complex operating environment, spot emerging risks and deliver actionable insights that support an intelligence‑led regulatory approach.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of timely, accurate and influential intelligence products.
• Analyse the operating environment to identify and quantify emerging risks and trends.
• Shape and embed intelligence requirements across the organisation.
• Build enduring relationships with stakeholders to plan and deliver intelligence collection.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to operational teams and senior decision‑makers.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building team capability.

Required profile

• Experienced intelligence professional with a proven record of delivering impactful insights in complex environments.
• Strong critical thinking, intellectual curiosity and the ability to provide clear, evidence‑based advice.
• Demonstrated experience presenting intelligence to senior decision‑makers and frontline teams.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influence skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in ambiguous situations and obtain a Top‑Secret security clearance.
