Senior Analyst, Front Office & Client Support

About the role

As a Senior Analyst – Front Office & Client Support you will own post‑trade lifecycle issue management for the Institutional Markets trading and sales desks. You will act as the primary escalation point for Global Markets Operations, driving remediation and supporting system enhancements that improve efficiency and client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve post‑trade exceptions such as cancellations, amendments, and options expiries.
• Coordinate remediation with Operations, Product Control, and Business Execution teams.
• Participate in straight‑through‑processing (STP) initiatives and propose process‑improvement projects.
• Develop and review trade‑capture booking models for new product implementations.
• Design and maintain internal controls to mitigate operational risk.
• Document procedures and controls for Front Office Support activities.
• Lead UAT and implementation activities for front‑office system migrations and enhancements.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in front‑office support or trade lifecycle management within a banking or institutional markets environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex trade issues.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across Operations, Product Control, and technology teams.
• Passion for finance and a desire to develop a well‑rounded banking career.
