About the role
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead the day‑to‑day activities of a retail agency that blends shopper insight, creative design and award‑winning work. Reporting to the Group Business Director, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and that the agency’s creative solutions are effectively presented and sold to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily agency operations on behalf of the client.
- Manage project timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
- Present and sell creative concepts to clients, maintaining strong relationships.
- Oversee project delivery to meet high‑quality creative standards.
- Identify opportunities beyond the brief and propose solutions.
Required profile
- 3–4+ years of account management experience within an agency environment.
- Strong project and time‑management capabilities.
- Confidence leading client conversations and presenting ideas.
- Proven commercial acumen – budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, and revenue growth.
- Passion for shopper marketing, retail communications and high‑impact creative work.
- Detail‑oriented, solutions‑focused and positive attitude toward all briefs.
Required skills
