Stuff is creating a new senior position to accelerate revenue growth and forge standout commercial partnerships across New Zealand. Based in Wellington, you will sit at the heart of the company’s growth strategy, acting as a commercial hunter who opens doors, wins new business and builds strategic partnerships that deliver measurable results for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Drive serious revenue growth by acquiring new advertisers and partners.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with senior decision‑makers at leading brands.
• Sell integrated, omnichannel media solutions that align with client objectives.
• Lead negotiations, close complex deals and ensure delivery of agreed outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape how brands appear across Stuff’s platforms.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience selling complex commercial solutions.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong background in integrated, omnichannel sales.
• Confidence engaging senior decision‑makers and leading negotiations.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on long‑term partnership building.
