Senior Account Executive

About the role

Havas NZ is looking for a Senior Account Executive to lead client relationships and drive integrated marketing campaigns. The role sits at the intersection of media, social and creative, with media being the core focus of daily activities. You will work from Auckland with the flexibility to split time between the office and remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Develop, execute and optimise marketing strategies across media, social and creative channels.
• Coordinate campaign planning, implementation and performance monitoring.
• Present ideas, deliver insightful reports and track campaign metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Strong client relationship management, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in campaign planning, execution and performance analysis.
• Proven project‑management skills, ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies, advertising principles and current industry trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• At least two years of account‑management experience in an agency or marketing environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with key advertising and marketing tools.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (a plus).
