Security Operations Engineer – AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a Security Operations Engineer to work as an AI Trainer. In this remote, contract position you will help validate and improve AI‑driven cybersecurity tools by reviewing their outputs and providing real‑world feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate AI‑generated security content such as threat analyses, vulnerability assessments and offensive techniques for accuracy.
• Design and solve security‑focused technical problems that are used to train AI models.
• Write clear technical explanations and security‑relevant code snippets.
• Provide actionable feedback that shapes the next generation of AI security models.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in a cybersecurity role (e.g., penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, DFIR, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or government/military cyber operations).
• Comfortable with coding and navigating/patching a codebase.
• Fluent English with strong written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications (OSCP, CRTO, GREM, etc.) are a plus.
