Security Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Security Architect to shape and govern our enterprise security architecture. The role will drive Zero Trust adoption and ensure security is embedded by design across a large‑scale technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise adoption and implementation of Zero Trust Architecture, creating a roadmap across identity, endpoint, network, application, data and cloud domains.
• Define the security target state, assess current maturity and partner with platform, infrastructure and security operations teams to deliver implementations.
• Shape and govern enterprise security architecture, aligning solutions with organisational risk appetite, regulatory requirements and technology strategy.
• Influence solution designs and technology decisions early in delivery cycles to achieve secure‑by‑design outcomes.
• Establish and raise security standards through reference architectures, governance forums and risk‑based guidance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in security architecture and 5+ years designing and implementing security solutions across network, cloud, application and data domains.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence without authority.
• Excellent communication skills, balancing security, delivery timelines and usability.
• Relevant degree in Cybersecurity, Engineering, IT or equivalent.
• Professional security certifications such as CISSP, SABSA or similar.
