About the role
We are looking for a professional Receptionist & Office Manager to join ACG Parnell College in Auckland from June 2026. This full‑time, permanent role will be the first point of contact for students, parents and visitors, while also providing comprehensive administrative support to the school.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the daily front‑of‑house service, greeting and assisting students, parents and guests.
- Maintain student records, attendance systems and confidential administrative databases.
- Handle school correspondence, including emails, newsletters and communications to families.
- Support enrolment processes, admissions documentation and student onboarding.
- Oversee office supplies, equipment and liaise with contractors, cleaning, bus operators and IT support.
- Ensure compliance with education regulations, safeguarding policies and health‑and‑safety procedures.
- Assist with cash handling, banking and budget tracking for office‑related expenses.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a reception or office‑management role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Excellent customer‑service orientation and ability to handle enquiries professionally.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, vendors and external partners.
